Barry, you need to buy DDR2 PC5300 so-dimms for MacBook Pro, and if I recall the Max memory on this particular MBP is 2GB, which would double the RAM you currently have installed, so you need to buy 2x1GB PC5300 DDR2 dimms, replacing the factory memory you have installed.
